Overview We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global software acquisition group. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional who thrives on leverage, pipeline mechanics, and coaching a multi-tier team to systematically enable massive annual capital deployment targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level capital deployment goals into precise funnel math and mechanics, tracking targets from initial outreach through to signed LOIs
  • Manage and develop a multi-tier business development organization, running call reviews, message audits, and objection-handling workshops
  • Champion the integration of AI-driven enrichment, automated sequencing tools, and predictive analytics to significantly scale outbound capabilities
  • Utilize data to continually refine the target company profile, ensuring the vast majority of incoming pipeline strictly aligns with strategic acquisition criteria
  • Strategize and oversee research trips and trade show attendance, holding teams accountable to distinct meeting and NDA generation quotas

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience directing high-performance sales or origination teams within software, technology startups, or private equity environments
  • Proven track record as a data-driven leader who scales revenue or deal flow through systematic outreach and iterative messaging
  • Deep expertise in modern sales tech stacks
  • Strong background in SDR/BDR management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • High level of analytical acumen, organizational discipline, and a proactive sense of professional urgency
